1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cbb44 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on the cbb44 platform following successful completion of the registration process.

• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" refers to the virtual balance held within your cbb44 account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on cbb44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or a citizen of a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not a current or former employee of cbb44, nor an immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of any such employee.
• You are not accessing the platform through any automated script, bot, AI agent, or non-human mechanism.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling services through a self-exclusion request or a cbb44-imposed suspension.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

cbb44 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration is not guaranteed, and cbb44 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any application at its sole discretion.

4 Account Management

One account per player. Each player may hold only one registered account on the cbb44 platform. If cbb44 determines that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and cbb44 reserves the right to confiscate winnings derived from duplicated accounts.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any third party. cbb44 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

Account verification (KYC). cbb44 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card, passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. KYC completion is mandatory before cbb44 processes any withdrawal request. cbb44 reserves the right to place a hold on funds pending KYC completion.

Dormant accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cbb44 may charge an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month on dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

Account closure. You may request closure of your cbb44 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard timeline before the account is formally closed. Real fund balances at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted payment methods. cbb44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. cbb44 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Minimum deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 (BDT). There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above ৳100,000 may trigger enhanced due diligence review.

Deposit processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cbb44 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes to confirm. cbb44 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 (BDT).
• Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• cbb44 charges no withdrawal processing fee on any method.
• cbb44 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Currency. All account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals on cbb44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction; any foreign exchange costs are borne by the player.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

cbb44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. cbb44 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Abuse. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, using automated betting patterns, placing low-risk hedged bets across multiple outcomes, or coordinating with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. cbb44 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and suspend accounts involved in bonus abuse.
• Withdrawal order. When a withdrawal is requested, real funds are paid out before bonus funds. A withdrawal request made while bonus wagering is incomplete will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds.

cbb44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions via the registered email address or via a notice on the platform.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed and all games played on the cbb44 platform:

• Bet acceptance. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a unique reference number has been assigned by the cbb44 system. Bets are not valid until this confirmation is received, regardless of whether funds have been deducted from your wallet.
• Sufficient funds. You must have sufficient real or bonus funds in your wallet to cover the full stake of any bet before it is placed. cbb44 will not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Erroneous odds. In the event that a technical error, data feed failure, or human error results in clearly incorrect odds or game payouts being displayed, cbb44 reserves the right to void all affected bets at its sole discretion. Players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Unsettled bets. All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a result being changed after initial settlement, cbb44 will re-settle affected bets as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Abandoned events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum period required for official result purposes has been completed, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless stated otherwise in the specific sport rules.
• Casino games. 8 Prohibited Conduct

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cbb44 staff or other players in any form of communication.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cbb44 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, text, page layouts, game interfaces, software, code, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of cbb44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cbb44 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of cbb44.

cbb44 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cbb44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

cbb44 accepts no liability for losses arising from Force Majeure events, including payment processor outages, telecommunications failures, or government-imposed access restrictions.

12 Suspension and Termination

cbb44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if cbb44 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Your account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Account activity suggests a minor is accessing the platform.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of suspension for investigation, cbb44 will freeze the account balance pending the outcome. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and full access to your balance restored. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Real fund balances at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after all pending withdrawal checks are completed.

13 Responsible Gaming

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, by contacting cbb44 support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents cbb44 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent immediate harm to the platform or its players.
